The Zhengzhou-Wanzhou high-speed railway, which marks the start of the high-speed railway era in Nanyang city, opened on Dec 1, 2019.

To celebrate the opening of the high-speed railway, a music carnival event, called Nanyang 2019 "Night of High-speed Railway" Music Carnival, held by the Nanyang Newspaper Media Group, kicked off on Nov 30 in Nanyang Stadium.

The famous domestic rock star Cui Jian gave a wonderful performance at the music carnival.
