The Nanyang Municipal Management Office launched a special promotion meeting for the special renovation of urban road facilities in the central urban area on March 24.

The Nanyang Urban Management Bureau conducted inspections on Baihe avenue, Binhe road, Kongming road, Beijing road and sections of other roads.

Since the special rectification, a total of six enclosures (more than 1,000 square meters) affecting the appearance of the city have been demolished, 586 iron isolation piles and more than 300 ground nail protrusions have been removed, 275 stone isolation barricades have been standardized, the lower Xuefeng Bridge has been cleared of amusement facilities (12 billiard tables and 1 children’s trampoline), 28 private public parking spaces have been unlocked and more than 600 small advertisements on municipal facilities taken down.
