The Traffic Management Detachment of the Nanyang Public Security Bureau held a "One Helmet and One Belt" safe riding theme publicity event at Xinhua City Plaza on March 27.

Citizens can pick up the helmet for free by taking photos of the "One Helmet and One Belt" promotional color page and posting likes in its WeChat Moments.

Since the Ministry of Public Security launched the “One Helmet and One Belt” event nationwide in April 2020, the number of deaths from motorcycle and electric bicycle accidents has dropped significantly, and satisfactory initial results in the safety protection operation have been achieved.
