With the theme of "Winter has passed and welcome the spring", the 5th Tianqiao·Spring for Chinese Arts art festival officially opened at the Beijing Tianqiao Art Center on March 23.

The event starts on March 20 and will continue to June 5. It will include 12 original stage art boutique repertoires, 36 performances staged in turn, and various forms of dramas, dance plays and concerts.

At the same time, the Fifth Poetic Life Festival, a series of branded activities of this art festival, runs from April to May.

The Fifth Poetic Life Festival is an important part of the art promotion activities of the "Weekend Art Festival" funded by the Beijing Culture and Art Fund in 2020. It takes the poetic expression of a better life as its core and has launched the "Poetic West City" cultural industry plan.

The Capital Cinema, Tianqiao Impression Museum, and Grand View Garden have together formed an art and cultural gathering with five sections of performances, exhibitions, plays, entertainment and leisure. They include three art exhibitions, with an 80-day exhibition period, jokes, poetry recitations and nearly 100 series of activities such as song reading sessions, public performances and art fairs.

The Spring for Chinese Arts is the first art festival launched since the opening of the Beijing Tianqiao Art Center. It aims to showcase Chinese artistic achievements, express Chinese voices, spread Chinese perspectives and create a stage for Chinese art.

The 5th Tianqiao Spring for Chinese Arts gathered 12 major original works. The opening drama is the Sichuan Renyi drama "Dust Settled", the final drama is the epic realist classic drama "Human World", and the closing drama is "Tan Yuanyuan and Her Friends".

At the press conference, the main creative team of the drama "Human World" assembled for the first time. The screenwriter, director and actor Li Xiaomeng introduced the project's overview, progress and plan, and the drama "Human World" project was officially launched on the spot.
