Nanyang City Plaza Management Office has built an ornamental landscape belt with a total area of nearly 600 square meters along the Meicheng Park trail.

The newly-built landscape belt has selected plant varieties with rapid growth, long flowering periods, and strong ornamental appeal. Their colors are mainly yellow and red.

The entire landscape belt is planted in an orderly manner according to the height of the plants, presenting an ornamental effect of both color and order.

"All plants were planted in the same year and bloomed that year. The flowering period of the canna lasts from May to the end of October. The overall viewing effect is very beautiful during the full blooming period," said Wang Yuling, head of the Greening Section of the City Plaza Management Office.
