The wage payment supervision system for rural migrant workers in Henan province is based on real-name information management, guaranteed by the bank's payment of wages and supported by multi-functional early warning management, ensuring payment of monthly wages in full.

The basic information, work records, wage payment and other content are incorporated into the real-time dynamic supervision of the platform, which truly solves the problems of "where does the money come from, who will send it, who will it be sent to, and has it been sent".

Since last year, Nanyang has taken the Henan province migrant worker wage payment supervision system as an important starting point for eradicating arrears of wages and regulating wage payment behaviors.

The system fully covers housing construction, municipal administration, transportation and water conservancy projects that have performed basic construction procedures. To date, it has supervised 225 dynamic projects, enrolled 38,755 real-name people, and completed 1,397,700 enquiries or other matters. The system has paid 1.239 billion yuan in wages through system supervision to ensure effective income protection.
