Sponsored by the Gems and Jewelry Trade Association of China (GAC) and the Nanyang Municipal People's Government, undertaken by Zhenping County People's Government and co-organized by the Nanyang Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism, the Nanyang Natural Resources and Planning Bureau and the service center of Nanyang Investment Promotion and Exhibition, the 17th Nanyang Jade Carving Culture Festival is scheduled to be held from April 28 to May 3.

The main venue is located in Zhenping County.

With the theme of "appreciating fine jade and visiting Nanyang to promote industrial upgrading", the festival has set up 18 activities in six sections, namely: the opening ceremony of the 17th Nanyang Jade Carving Cultural Festival; the exhibition of jade sculptures with the theme of "The Centennial of the Founding of the Communist Party • Jade Praises China"; the 9th Jade Carving "Yuhua Award" selection, exhibition and awarding activities; the second "Jade See Fashion" jewelry and jade carving cultural and creative competition and works exhibition; the Nanyang Dushan jade boutique theme exhibition; the signing event for strategic cooperation between the Higher Academy of Fine Arts and the Zhenping County People's Government school; the Tenth Jade Carving Design and Creation Rising Star Selection Activity; the "Jade + Health Care" Themed Cultural Experience; The 2nd China Jade Raw Material Trading Conference; the Jade Intelligent Warehouse Traceability System Release; a China Jewelry Jade Jewelry Brand Enterprise Seminar; the "Huashan Sword" China Jade Sculpture School Summit Forum; the 2021 Nanyang Live E-commerce Industry Summit; an Online Live Cargo Activity (a Jade Carving Master Enters the Live Room); a (Cloud) Jade Sculpture Festival Achievement Improvement event; Business Investment Activities; Cultural Tourism Promotion Activities and a "Heshi "Bi" sitcom performance; and "Writing Mind Reading Jade", which describes famous artists from cultural and artistic circles walking into Yuxiang.
