The Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology organized experts to test the "Zhengmai 1860" wheat variety at the villager Zhao Hongfu's home in Zhongfeng village, Zhaohe town, Fangcheng county on June 6.

The results showed that the actual harvested area was 3.84 mu, the fresh grain weight was 2,840.26 kg, and the grain moisture content measured using a grain moisture analyzer was 15.93 percent. Based on the national safe grain storage moisture content of 13 percent, the actual yield per mu was 788.7 kg.
