On the basis of the original 33 convenient services for the car driving management business, new measures such as weekend, door-to-door, priority and nearby operations have been introduced.

In response to the large number of vehicles and high business needs of transportation companies, the Vehicle Driving Management Brigade of the Traffic Management Detachment of Nanyang Public Security Bureau provides transportation companies with weekend vehicle registration appointment services, and announces the vehicle registration appointment telephone number to transportation companies. If an enterprise needs to go through motor vehicle registration on weekends, it can make an appointment during weekdays.

Given the large number of A and B driver's licenses in large transportation companies, individual inspection and education causes problems such as large organizational tasks and consumption of time. The Nanyang City Public Security Bureau Traffic Management Detachment therefore organizes "verification education" of transportation companies.

There are a large number of people buying cars on holidays, but they cannot get a license on the day of purchase and need to wait until Monday to complete the process. In response to this situation, Nanyang City Traffic Management Department has established a "non-stop" motor vehicle registration service station.

In response to the problems of some transportation companies with many licenses and many mortgages with financial institutions, it is time and labor-consuming to queue up and process the business in the car driving management hall. Consequently, a Business-related Green Window has been opened in the car driving management business halls, where special personnel handle car driving management services for enterprises.

As regards students and driving schools, the Nanyang City Driving Management Department delegates the authority to transfer driving licenses to driving schools that have the qualification to handle increased driving training. Students with foreign driving licenses can directly apply for the transfer of their driving licenses and participate in increased local driving learning.
