In order to further optimize the area's business environment, reduce business start-up costs, and stimulate the vitality of market entities, on Sept 8, Tanghe county started providing three free seals for new enterprises. The county now offers corporate seals, special invoice seals, special contract seals, special financial seals, and private seals for legal representatives.

It is estimated that this addition will benefit more than 600 newly-established enterprises in the county, reducing their costs by a combined total of 500,000 yuan.

A total of 1,223 enterprises have opened in the county this year, an increase of 26 percent over the same period last year, and 1,128 registrations have been handled through the country's electronic registration platform. Free seals have been issued to 205 new enterprises.
