On Oct 9, Wolong district took multiple measures to continuously improve its public resource transaction services and create a good business environment. So far, a total of 69,113 bids have been completed for several project transactions with a total transaction amount of 4.01 billion yuan, saving more than 20.1 million yuan.

The district has further standardized platform transaction services, simplified service procedures, improved service efficiency, and created a "three-in-one" consulting service system consisting of on-site, telephone, and online consultations.

The district also effectively implemented its one-time notification system and one-time settlement system to allow more information to run away and transaction subjects to run fewer errands. At the same time, service providers contacted transaction subjects in advance to remind them of precautions.  

At present, 78 transaction projects have been registered and accepted and service has been delivered more than 10 times, opening the "green channel" for 6 major emergency projects involving education and medical care.
