The Nanyang Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau said the intellectual property non-litigation institution of Sheqi county was formally established on Oct 10.

The establishment of an intellectual property non-litigation agency will effectively improve the work mechanism for the prevention and resolution of intellectual property disputes, make up for shortcomings in industry dispute resolution, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of Nanyang’s industrialization, further optimize its business environment, and create a good legal environment for intellectual property rights.
