Information technology service enterprises in East China's Shandong province have been contributing to the fight against the novel coronavirus through several modern technologies, such as cloud computing, big data, 5G networks, and more.

Inspur Group established an emergency communication team to ensure the stable operation of cloud data platforms in Huanggang, Xiaogan, and Lichuan in Central China's Hubei province, the center of the virus outbreak in China.

Real-time monitoring products have been launched in the province's designated hospitals for epidemic prevention and control, while the data of the floating population from major areas of the virus outbreak are being analyzed, with the help of the group and telecom operators.

The group also provides free remote communication services for governments, hospitals, schools, and enterprises to support video conferences, online courses, and remote diagnosis.

Official data and announcements issued by health commissions are reported regularly on online public service platforms, letting locals quickly learn about the latest information.

In addition, high-quality mobile medical services are being provided to local residents to help prevent them from the virus epidemic. People with fever can have online consultation with doctors to preliminarily assess whether they are infected or not.
