The Jinan commercial service logistics hub was included on the 2020 national construction list, along with 21 other logistics hubs in China, on Oct 28.

The hub is funded and operated by Gaishi Group in Licheng district and will make full use of the company's strength in logistics.

Gaishi Group, founded in 1998, is one of the most influential logistics park enterprises in China. It has more than 2,300 customers and has developed a large and influential trade and logistics cluster in China.

The group has helped cultivate 556 logistics enterprises, including one national demonstration logistics park and three national 5A-level enterprises.

Jinan is currently making efforts to speed up construction on a regional logistics center. The city is currently home to 17 large-scale logistics parks, two national demonstration logistics parks, and 16 national 5A-level logistics enterprises.

Jinan has formed a logistics system that includes warehousing, trunk line transportation, regional distribution, multimodal transport, and international logistics.
