SCO Member States Technology Transfer Center unveiled in Qingdao

Print PrintThe SCO Member States Technology Transfer Center was unveiled on Dec 10 at the Qingdao International Technology Transfer Conference.
The center, located in the Software Park in Shinan district and covering nearly 20,000 square meters, is the first platform of its kind in the country which focuses on international scientific and technological cooperation.
With four functional areas for technology transfer and transformation, achievement display and cultural exchange, innovation services, and supporting and living facilities, the center will serve as an international platform for SCO member states and countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative to gather global innovation resources, display advanced technologies and attract top-notch scientific and technological talent.
The Qingdao International Technology Transfer Conference, hosted by the Qingdao Municipal Government under the guidance of the Secretariat of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, attracted nearly 300 guests from political, business and academic circles at home and abroad to discuss issues regarding international scientific and technological cooperation via online and offline channels.
