The ginger field in Xidianzi village, Fangcheng town, Xintai, Tai'an is enjoying its ginger-harvesting season, as farmers are busy digging up ginger, cutting off leaves and removing soil before packing it in boxes to sell.

Since last year, the village has adjusted its agricultural industry structure according to local conditions, helped farmers develop ginger planting, and established cooperatives to help farmers with planting, processing, selling, and logistics.
