Dr. Santosh Kumar, associate professor at the School of Physical Science and Information Engineering of Liaocheng University, has lived in Liaocheng, Shandong province since 2018.

In a recent interview, he talked about his impressions of Liaocheng's development in recent years.

"This is my fifth year living in Liaocheng, and I can clearly feel the rapid development here. I see skyscrapers going up, shopping malls getting bigger, and roads wider and flatter. A lot of convenient infrastructure, such as overpasses, shared bikes and so on, has unconsciously spread throughout the city. At the same time, I feel Liaocheng is trying to bring people closer to nature," he said.

As an example of the city's development, Liaocheng University continues to introduce more advanced experimental facilities and beautify its campus environment.

"I am very touched by such great development and achievements made by our government," he added.
