The Wangcang wind resource utilization, development and construction project held a signing ceremony on May 17.

The project has a planned investment of 4 billion yuan ($628 million). After completion, its planned installed capacity will be 400,000 kilowatts to be developed in centralized and decentralized models. 

It is estimated that its annual sales will surpass 520 million yuan and it will create 600 jobs.
