Jianmen Pass Tianci Hot Spring originates at a depth of 2,200 meters and the daily water inflow is about 2,800 square meters. 

The source water's temperature is as high as 56 degrees Celsius, and it abounds with metaboric acid, metasilicic acid and strontium. The water has been praised by experts as "medicinal hot water suitable for medical treatment". 

The hot spring park centers around a large pool and 56 small bathing pools nearby. It can hold more than 2,000 people.

The park builders brought in many tropical and sub-tropical plants that surround the pools.
