Steamed Cold Noodles are an inseparable part of Guangyuan people's lives. Different from other kinds of noodle dishes, this delicacy requires the rice to be soaked in water for one day.
After grinding the rice into a pulp, it needs to be steamed into rice paper. The rice paper is then cut into strips and added to fried peanuts, soybean sprouts, soy sauce, vinegar, cayenne pepper, and finally chili oil to finish.
