The food and beverage exhibition and sales center in Guangyuan, Sichuan province, opened its doors on April 7 to mark the upcoming 2024 Western China (Guangyuan) Food and Beverage Industry Development Conference.

At various booths, neatly arranged displays of local agricultural and sideline products from Guangyuan beckoned passersby to come and sample their offerings. Dried tofu, spicy skewers, yellow tea…the range of delicacies was enticing, accompanied by an array of beverage and wine options. The free tasting session led to a surge in on-site sales.

It is reported that the exhibition showcased over 100 products, representing well-known Chinese trademarks, and Sichuan's finest offerings. These products spanned nine categories: beverages, teas, gourmet delicacies, grains and oils, wines, hot pot essentials, condiments, snacks, and ready-to-eat dishes.
