Li Dongmei, a judge at the Beijing International Commercial Court, was recently invited to the China University of Political Science and Law to give a series of lectures on the practice of foreign-related commercial trials to Master of Laws candidates.
Li presented the trial process of foreign-related commercial cases, including the fixation of litigation claims and the application of legal norms, using typical cases as examples.
