Key projects signed to boost Xuhui's high-quality development

Shanghai's Xuhui district hosted a significant ceremony for the second batch of key projects in 2025 on June 17. The event saw the concentrated signing of 20 high-profile projects, marking a strong push towards Xuhui's high-quality development and an international-class business environment.

Xuhui district's leadership attended the ceremony alongside representatives from signing enterprises, building carriers, professional institutions, and chambers of commerce.

The 20 signed projects, spanning artificial intelligence, trade services, digital energy, and technology, reflect Xuhui's dynamic economic landscape. Among them, five are billion-yuan-level ($139.57 million) investments, signaling strong confidence in the district's potential.

Additionally, an alliance for the high-quality development of buildings in Xuhui was officially launched, uniting 12 premier institutions to enhance the district's investment appeal. The event also introduced a fast track for enterprises' matters, integrating online and on-site support, reinforcing Xuhui's commitment to efficient governance and AI industry development.
