The 2025 Pujiang Innovation Forum — co-hosted by China's Ministry of Science and Technology and the Shanghai municipal government — recently attracted more than 550 guests from 45 countries and regions.
The theme of this year's forum — held in Shanghai on Sept 20-22 — was "Sharing Innovation and Shaping the Future: Building an Open and Cooperative Global Sci-Tech Community".

At the forum's InnoMatch Tech-Matching Fair, Shanghai-based Guofuhee — a hydrogen equipment solutions provider, located in Qingpu Industrial Park — issued an open call for solutions for renewable hydrogen development and utilization.
The company sought innovative approaches to advance hydrogen production, storage, transport and applications — while connecting with international talent, technology and capital.
Specializing in the full hydrogen-energy supply chain, Guofuhee focuses on large-scale green hydrogen production. This is achieved through wind and solar power, cost-efficient liquefaction and new applications such as pipeline hydrogen blending and pure-hydrogen combustion.
It aims to overcome technological bottlenecks and expand scenarios for liquid hydrogen use.
Wang Cheng, the company's general manager for overseas markets, said the forum offered crucial opportunities for global cooperation in the fields of hydrogen technologies, equipment upgrades and hydrogen-powered low-altitude aircraft.
