Songjiang hosts 2025 Shanghai Supply Chain Development Conference
The 12th Shanghai Supply Chain Development Conference was held in Shanghai's Songjiang district under the theme "The New Supply Chain in Times of Turbulence", bringing together industry leaders, top enterprises, and research institutions.

Supply chains have become a national priority. Collaborative, data-driven, and low-carbon systems are now vital for industrial security, economic resilience, and enhancing the global competitiveness of enterprises.

Songjiang district, a core hub of the G60 Sci-Tech Corridor, has built a modern industrial system covering two main sectors and four emerging industries. It hosts benchmark green manufacturers such as PepsiCo and AkzoNobel, alongside nearly 1,000 supply chain service firms.
Shanghai's first off-airport air cargo pre-clearance station in Songjiang district improved customs efficiency by 30 percent, reduced logistics costs by 15 percent, and connected seamlessly with Pudong and Hongqiao airports.

Experts from the University of Hong Kong, Deloitte and Minth Group shared insights on AI, cross-border digitization and low-carbon logistics.
