The beauty of Qidonglin Park unfolds within its layered woods. Inside, colorful foliage weaves a flowing tapestry: fiery red and golden yellow leaves dance in the breeze before settling into a brilliant carpet. Dense ginkgo trees form a grand golden canopy, with sunlight filtering through their fan-shaped leaves like scattered gold dust. When the wind whispers, countless leaves flutter like golden butterflies, filling the air with a crisp, warm fragrance.

The adjacent Chunguang Park presents a different kind of charm. Built around a clear lake that mirrors the trees and pavilions, the park features a diverse palette of maples, ginkgos, and bald cypresses. Especially photogenic is the lakeside grove of metasequoia, whose tall forms reflect elegantly in the water. A network of trails, elevated woodland bridges, and sunken boardwalks allows visitors to immerse themselves in nature from multiple perspectives.

For photographers, the maple grove in Qidonglin and the lakeside metasequoia forest in Chunguang are must-capture scenes. Creative visitors may also bring a mirror to reflect the high canopy onto the ground, or arrange collected leaves into artistic patterns — capturing not just the view, but the memories of the season.
