Dongtan Wetland Park

Shanghai's first World Natural Heritage site, Dongtan Wetland Park, is a vital stop for millions of migratory birds. Home to 364 bird species, including 20 under first-class protection, this park offers stunning views of storks and swans. Stroll along boardwalks through reed beds and watch birds forage in the intertidal zones. At dawn, the Observation Tower provides an unforgettable view of the sunrise and birds in flight.
