Xisha Wetland Park

The only Shanghai wetland with natural tidal changes, Xisha Wetland Park offers a dynamic landscape. Nearly a hundred bird species winter here, feeding on the mudflats exposed by the receding tides. Walk the boardwalks to see birds like the reed parrotbills and egrets.

- Location: No 588 Baohu Road, Chongming district

- Best Viewing Period: Autumn and winter (tide times are best)
