Taste sweetness of Ningxia fruits in autumn

Autumn-matured fruits reflect a year's worth of flavor development. In Ningxia Hui autonomous region, the unique terroir and the significant temperature variations between day and night produce a wide range of fruits that are both flavorful and highly nutritious.

Ningxia apples are in season, featuring thin skin, tender and juicy flesh. Their refreshing and sweet flavor perfectly captures the essence of autumn.

The fragrant pears in Guanqiao township, Haiyuan county, Zhongwei city, experienced a bumper harvest, with yellow fragrant pears hanging all over the branches.

Guanqiao township has been planting fragrant pears for more than 200 years. The region's distinct climate, plateau geography, significant temperature variations between day and night, and mountain spring water irrigation all contribute to the unique quality of these pears.
