Zhejiang deputies to the 13th National People's Congress (NPC) submitted a total of 36 motions and almost 400 suggestions by the noon of March 11, the deadline for submission.

These motions and suggestions, mostly focusing on the high-quality development, the market-oriented reform, the greater openness, the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, the rural revitalization and the administrative reform, were made after wide and in-depth investigations. They will help the government take more action to improve the social and economic development of the province, as well as people's livelihoods.

"The motions and suggestions from Zhejiang NPC deputies are closely connected to the country's blueprint and reflect deputies' strong sense of responsibility," said an official in charge of Zhejiang deputies' motion submission.
