Zhejiang delegation to the 13th National People's Congress deliberated on the work reports of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate in Beijing March 12, as part of the two sessions.

Che Jun, Party secretary of East China's Zhejiang province, said the reports, being of a political, humanistic and legal nature, are comprehensive and pragmatic, and reflect the new achievements and progress in China's judicial sector.

He remarked at the panel meeting that in the past year, the courts and procuratorates at all levels in Zhejiang have worked hard to reach the expectations placed on the province, and fulfilled their duties effectively, especially in terms of the intelligent development of the province and the application of science and technology, providing a strong judicial guarantee for Zhejiang's high-quality development.

The Zhejiang Governor Yuan Jiajun said he fully agreed with the reports of Chinese judicial authorities as they both demonstrate the law-based governance of the country.
