Thousands of workers are bustling to finish preparing the Zhejiang exhibition area for the Beijing International Horticultural Expo (Beijing Expo 2019).

Slated to kick off on April 29, the 162-day expo is poised to impress visitors from home and abroad with a huge collection of plants, flowers and eye-catching pavilions as well as ideas for green development.

More than 110 countries and international organizations, as well as 31 provinces, cities and districts, have confirmed participation, which will make it the highest attendance in the expo's history.

All preparations for the Zhejiang exhibition have been basically completed and are now coming to an end. According to Yang Youping, news spokesman of the Zhejiang Forestry Department, the Zhejiang exhibition area has six highlights, including "one garden, one pavilion, one day, one stone and one wall".
