Shaoxing is scheduled to accelerate the seamless integration of infrastructure with traffic construction and promote the intelligent transformation of traditional industries with the digital economy as the leading force. 

Jinhua aims to become a garden city of leisure and tourism for the Yangtze River Delta region and welcome all kinds of capital into the fields of education and healthcare.

Quzhou intends to actively participate in the new planning and construction of the Hangzhou metropolitan area, and to accelerate the integration of Hangzhou and Quzhou. 

Zhoushan aims to expand the trade scale of petroleum and natural gas, build its port into a world-class green petrochemical base, and facilitate cooperation with key areas such Yangshan Port. 

Taizhou will accelerate integration into the Ningbo metropolitan area and create a one-hour economic circle among the central cities of the Yangtze River Delta. Also, it plans to strengthen interaction and cooperation with the advanced regions of the Yangtze River Delta in the field of people's livelihoods, introducing more high-quality resources. 

Featuring a high-quality ecological environment, Lishui plans to occupy a leading position in the high-level agricultural products consumption market in the Yangtze River Delta. The construction of Hangzhou-Lishui Railway Lishui Airport is another emphasis, which will create a one-hour traffic circle within the province and a two-hour circle in the Yangtze River Delta region.

The construction of the Hangzhou-Quzhou high-speed railway starts in March 2019. After the railway is completed it will only take 41 minutes to travel by rail from Hangzhou to Quzhou. [Photo/zj.zjol.com.cn]
