Shares of three companies from East China's Zhejiang province have been listed on China's science-technology innovation board since July 22 when the board officially opened at the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

The newly launched board, also called the STAR Market, is designed to help support the nation's innovation-driven economic growth and capital market reform.

Three of the first 25 companies are from Zhejiang, namely ArcSoft Multimedia Technology, Zhejiang Hangke Technology Inc Co and Ningbo Ronbay Lithium Battery Materials Co.
