The Belt and Road Initiative Youth Media Training Program began in Jinhua, Zhejiang province on July 11.

The program welcomes 33 participants from 13 countries, including Zimbabwe, Burundi, Ethiopia, Albania, and Malaysia, who will spend nearly two weeks exploring Jinhua's unique culture and dynamic development.

The Belt and Road Initiative promotes openness, mutual benefit, cultural exchange, and friendship. The young media professionals in the program are at the forefront of their fields, capturing global changes and serving as the voices of their people. The organizers hope participants will share their experiences in Jinhua with the world in various formats.

The program features a well-structured itinerary. Participants will visit the Baxian Jidao Common Prosperity Belt in Jindong district to witness the city's urban and rural development, explore Leapmotor in the Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone, appreciate traditional architecture in Dongyang, experience the vast Yiwu International Trade Market, and delve into ancient Shangshan culture in Pujiang.

A young journalist from Zimbabwe expressed their eagerness to understand media operations in Jinhua and learn more about Chinese culture, education, and reforms.

Several foreign media groups have visited Jinhua this year, exploring markets, industries, and cultural sites and providing detailed reports, further promoting Jinhua to the world.
