At a Zhejiang Yuji Food factory in the Jiaxing Economic and Technological Development Zone, East China's Zhejiang province, fish balls are produced on a specialized production line. These fish balls are quickly frozen at -30 C and packed in cold-chain containers, ready to be shipped to overseas markets during the winter hot pot season.

Meanwhile, Zhejiang Green Home Food in Haining, a county-level city in Jiaxing, is ramping up production of instant noodles. The company has benefited from Jiaxing Customs' model of instant reporting and review, which streamlines the export process and reduces waiting times.

Through its tailored services platform, Jiaxing Customs has improved market access, ensured food safety, and increased export efficiency, helping local businesses capitalize on the winter demand for hot pot ingredients. According to Hangzhou Customs, Zhejiang's total food exports, excluding the Ningbo Customs district, reached 26.58 billion yuan ($3.79 billion) from January to November, surpassing last year's total.
