Electric motorcycles, manufactured by Zhejiang Siekon Motorcycle Technology, a company based in Tongxiang, a county-level city in Jiaxing, East China's Zhejiang province, are quickly gaining global attention.

The motorcycles boast a top speed of 165 kilometers per hour and can accelerate from 0 to 100 km per hour in just 5 seconds. Priced at around $20,000, the bikes have gained popularity particularly in the Czech and Slovak markets, where they are becoming a common sight on the streets.

The company, known for its electric sport bikes, adventure motorcycles, electric cruisers, and electric delivery motorcycles, has seen its products reach markets in the United States, Russia, France, and Italy.

Looking ahead, Siekon is planning to launch affordable commuter bikes while also expanding into specialized vehicles like agricultural and beach vehicles. The company's vision extends beyond transportation, seeing electric motorcycles as mobile power sources for a wide range of applications.

Tongxiang is also set to establish an advanced automotive industry park by March, which will further support the growth of the electric motorcycle industry and attract key component manufacturers to the area.
