Fengting's enigmatic Zaoli dance captivates during New Year celebration

The dancers make a mysterious entrance, dressing in grass shoes and black and red attire with red sashes around their waists. They move in intricate patterns, stepping forward and backward in a dance of 36 steps before coming to a halt.
Zhou Yankun, a visitor from Shenyang, Liaoning province, said that the performance was "particularly moving" and hoped for the continued preservation and promotion of this unique tradition.
A Shanghai-based video blogger, Lily, also shared her fascination with this distinctive folk art, planning to create an English video to showcase China's rich cultural history to a global audience.
