Southeast Asian travel agencies explore tourism partnerships in Guiyang

The Cool Guiyang Inbound Tourism Business Exchange and Promotion Conference for Southeast Asia was held on Jan 20 in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

The event brought together 120 travel agents from Southeast Asia to explore opportunities for tourism cooperation and develop new partnerships between Guiyang and Southeast Asian nations.

The conference, organized by Guiyang bureau of culture and tourism, was attended by representatives from popular local tourist attractions like Qingyan Ancient Town and leaders from Guizhou Qianlaishike International Travel Co. It also attracted executives from well-known international travel agencies such as Golden Destinations and Four Seasons Holidays.

Guiyang's tourism ambassadors presented the city's "Six Cool" highlights, showcasing its natural scenery, ethnic culture, culinary delights, and diverse tourism resources. The city's tourism innovators shared the latest travel experiences, offering Southeast Asian travel agents a deeper understanding of Guiyang's charm.

This event strengthened tourism and cultural ties between Guiyang and Southeast Asia, laid a solid foundation for further cooperation in cultural tourism and reciprocal visitor exchanges, and infused new energy into Guiyang's international tourism development.
