Fired pork pie

The dish chops pork into coarse muddy flesh, and then makes meat pies with it and dry starch, egg mixture and spices. To prepare it, fry the meat pies in medium rare lard oil, and decoct over low heat until brown. Sprinkle the pies with pepper and salt, and combine them with sweet sauce and green onion.
