Chinese-Foreign University Presidents' Forum convenes in Hohhot
The Second Chinese-Foreign University Presidents’ Forum, part of the 2017 China-Mongolia Expo, opened in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on Sept 27.
More than 200 representatives from 73 universities in 17 countries, including China, Mongolia, Russia and countries along the Silk Road attended the forum to discuss how to enhance cooperation in education.
By the end of 2016, the number of overseas students in Inner Mongolia had reached 3,666. Mongolia and Russia have been the main source of overseas students for the autonomous region.
