An oil painting exhibition on the landscapes of Wuxi in East China's Jiangsu province was held at the China Cultural Center in Paris, France, from May 21 to 30.
The artworks on display were created by renowned Chinese oil painters during their visit to Wuxi in March this year.
They showcase the city's historic sites and natural scenery, including the Yuantouzhu scenic area, Huishan Ancient Town, and Plum Garden, displaying the unique charm of Wuxi as "The Shining Pearl of Taihu Lake, A Prosperous Land in the Jiangnan Region".
This year marks the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France.
The exhibition is meant to share Wuxi's beautiful landscapes and culture with French people and immerse visitors in the serene Jiangnan city.
