Rugao, a county-level city under the administration of Nantong, is witnessing a transformative wave of development driven by digitization.

Embracing intelligent transformation and digitalization, the city's industries are experiencing a surge in productivity. The introduction of fully automated production lines has propelled product qualification rates to new heights, while the vision of creating a national-level green factory is taking shape at companies like Jiangsu Tiannan Power.

In terms of agriculture, Changgang village epitomizes Rugao's commitment to modernization. Harvesters rolled over 133.33 hectares, or 2000 mu, of soil, collecting grain without stopping and showcasing the village's shift from traditional manual labor to fully mechanized farming practices. Leveraging new technologies and online platforms, farmers are not only increasing yields but also expanding market reach through livestreaming sales.

This digital momentum extends to urban services, where smart technologies streamline everything from traffic management to elderly care. Residents now enjoy efficient public services, evident in features like intelligent traffic displays and face-scan payment at community canteens.
