Tremella, a type of mushroom especially produced in Wulu village, Tongjiang county, is specially precious. Tremella is usually used for making white fungus soup, but in Wulu village, it is used for making a stuffed bun filling. Tremella mixed with pork is a bold innovation, which is then added to halves of beans, scallion and ginger and wrapped in dough. After 20 minutes of heating in the steamer, it becomes a distinguished delicacy.
