According to customs statistics, the total foreign trade import and export volume of Bazhong, Sichuan province, in 2022 was 910 million yuan ($134.77 million), a year-on-year increase of 68.6%. The growth rate is 60.9 and 62.5 percent higher than that of the whole country (7.7%) and the province (6.1%) respectively.

The growth rate of Bazhong ranks third in the province.
