With the arrival of International Women's Day, two scenic spots in Bazhong, Sichuan province, have announced special promotions for female visitors, coinciding with the perfect season for spring outings.

On March 8th, female tourists will be able to enjoy complimentary admission to the Guangwu Mountain Scenic Area and Micang Mountain Scenic Area. Additionally, male companions accompanying female visitors will benefit from a 50% discount on their entrance tickets (limited to three male companions per group).

Guangwu Mountain rises in Nanjiang county at the convergence of Sichuan and Shaanxi provinces. The mountain resort is a national AAAA tourist attraction characterized by elegant peaks covered with flourishing plants, and is reputed as the top natural scenic spot in the county.

Located in the northern part of Nanjiang county, the Micang Mountain Scenic Area is world-famous for viewing red leaves. It is known as "the longest red carpet in Asia" and "the hometown of red leaves in China".
