Operation Basis

Measures of the People’s Republic of China for Practicing Management of Customs Declarers

Scope of Application

If the Customs declarers fall within one of the circumstances as specified in Article 21 of the Measures of the People’s Republic of China for Practising Management of Customs Declarers.

Required Materials

Application for Cancellation of Registration of Customs Declarers (for application by the Customs declarers) or Application for Cancellation of Registration of Customs Declarers (for application by the customs declaration units)
Certificate of Customs Declarers
Photocopy of the Certificate of Qualifications of Customs Declarers

Application Process

The applicant may type the application information through the pre-input mechanism or by logging on to the online corporate management platform of Customs via the Internet, and file the cancellation application to Customs;
The applicant submits the following application materials to Customs (for the Certificate of Qualifications, to be submitted the originals to Customs for verification);
Customs issues the acceptance certificates of the application materials relating to registration of Customs declarers, extension, change, cancellation, and probation filing, etc.;
Customs conducts the verification of the application materials according to the applicable provisions, and approves its cancellaton if the conditions on cancellation of Customs declarers are met.
