Shanghai's Pudong New Area is set to unveil a new commercial complex, the Pule Mall, developed by the Shanghai Pudong Development (Group) Co Ltd. The store is currently undergoing rapid interior renovations and is expected to open to the public by the end of 2024, offering a fresh community destination that combines shopping, leisure, and entertainment for local residents.
Comprising six interconnected standalone buildings, the Pule Mall boasts a total construction area exceeding 70,000 square meters, with approximately 48,000 square meters dedicated to commercial operations.
This project aims to provide convenient lifestyle services, comfortable social gathering spaces, and interactive parent-child areas, aspiring to become a comprehensive commercial complex with diverse offerings in the area. It aims to meet the varied commercial needs of nearby residents across all formats, catering to all demographics and seamlessly integrating into the community.
Currently, leading stores such as Hema Fresh Market, Pizza Hut, and McDonald's have already signed up, with retail, dining, lifestyle services, education, and more actively seeking tenancy opportunities.
