III. Required Materials

(I) New Official Seal

1. Original and photocopy of the Business License

2. Original of the approval certificate

3. Photocopy of valid certificate of the legal representative, to be signed by himself/herself

4. Letter of Authorization, to be signed by the legal person

5. Original and photocopy of the ID Card of the handling person

(II) Missing official seal, to be re-engraved.

1. Materials required for re-engraving of official seal

2. Relevant instructions, to be signed by the legal person

3. Declaration of missing official seal in the newspaper, and photocopy of the newspaper declaration and invoice

(III) Change of official seal

1. Materials required for re-engraving of official seal

2. Relevant instructions, to be signed by the legal person

3. Photocopy of the Notice of Pre-approval of Change of Corporate Name

4. Old seal or other seals to be changed

IV. Application Process

1. On the day upon receiving the applicant materials and relevant materials, the Public Security Section of the Police shall be responsible for review, and if not complying with the specified conditions, notify the review results.

2. If they are reviewed as conforming, the Public Security Section of the Police will issue a Certificate of Approval of Printing and Engraving of the Public Security Bureau in Shanghai
