Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai

Midtown: Located on Jiuzhou Avenue of Jida in the central Zhuhai City, Midtown was invested in by China Overseas Land & Investment (Zhuhai) Ltd. Midtown covers an area of 68,000 square meters and a building area of 250,000 square meters and its office buildings, the China Overseas Buildings, consist of twin towers with a total building area of 110,000 square meters.

World Financial Center: The World Financial Center is located at the intersection of Jiuzhou Avenue and Jingshan Road in Jida of Zhuhai. Invested in by the Yuhai Group, the center has a total building area of 92,300 square meters and is a business complex which serves as both a 5A office building and a shopping mall.

TalFook International Finance Plaza: With a building area of 63,000 square meters, the TalFook International Finance Plaza lies to the south of Jiuzhou Avenue and east of Shihua Erxiang Alley. The plaza features high-quality, smart facilities and an ecological office environment. 

Zhihui Seagle: Zhihui Seagle is a 22-floor, ecological office building invested in by Zhuhai Haiding Real Estate Exploitation Co and is located in the area between Jida and the Gongbei District with a building area of 29,900 square meters.

Lanhai Financial Center: The Lanhai Financial Center is a high-end office building functioning as an incubator for financial and technological innovation. It covers a building area of 39,200 square meters, including three underground floors and 19 ground floors, and lies on the Mingzhu Road of Zhuhai’s Xiangzhou District.

Gemdols: With a building area of 1 million square meters, Gemdols is a pioneer park for overseas personnel in Zhuhai which focuses on research and development, service outsourcing and the creative industry. It was built in the Hongwan business logistics center an advanced EOD (ecological office district) principle.

Nanping Sci-tech Plaza: The Nanping Sci-tech Plaza is a pioneer park for overseas returnees and is located in Zhuhai’s Nanping Sci-tech Industrial Park. Occupying a building area of 25,000 square meters, the plaza serves as an entrepreneurial base for overseas students as well as a center for cultural innovation and high-tech research enterprises. 

CCCC Building: CCCC Building was built by the China City Construction Holding Group Company (CCCC) with a building area of 101,100 square meters. It is a business complex with offices and shopping areas at the intersection of Jiuzhou Avenue and Haizhou Road.

CFGC: Funded by the Comwell Group, CFGC is a hopsca with a building area of 160,000 square meters and integrates office, hotel, dwellings and shopping malls. It is located at the intersection of Mingzhu Road and Daishan Road in the Xiangzhou District of Zhuhai.

CF Tower: CF Tower is a 19-floor office building in the central city, is south of East Renmin Road in Zhuhai’s Xiangzhou District and covers a building area of 19,800 square meters. 

Henghe Center: The Henghe Center is a 5A-class business building invested in by the Maocao Henghe Group. It has a building area of 40,600 square meters and lies at the crossing of East Renmin Road and North Yingbin Road in the Xiangzhou District of Zhuhai.
